Sasha Blanchard
Movement • Resilience • Human Potential
For Sasha, movement has never been about fitness alone—it's about remembering who we are beneath the noise.
Her work has taken her from remote wilderness expeditions and martial arts dojos to transformational retreats and leadership programs, always returning to the same question: What becomes possible when we learn to trust ourselves completely?
Through years of guiding others in nature, teaching practical self-defense, and facilitating personal growth experiences, Sasha has witnessed that our bodies hold far more wisdom than we often allow ourselves to access. When we reconnect with that innate intelligence, confidence becomes embodied, resilience becomes natural, and life begins to feel less like something we survive and more like something we fully participate in.
Today, Sasha's work is evolving into an integrated approach that brings together movement, mindset, emotional awareness, and spirituality—helping people reconnect with the wholeness that has always been within them.

The wilderness strips away the noise until all that's left is what is true.
Backcountry Guide & Outdoor Educator
Some of life's greatest teachers are found beyond the trailhead.
As a professional backcountry guide and outdoor educator, Sasha has led individuals and groups through whitewater rafting expeditions, sea kayaking journeys, backpacking trips, wilderness camping, and rock climbing adventures. While these experiences develop outdoor skills, they also offer something much deeper—a chance to step away from constant stimulation and reconnect with ourselves.
Nature has a remarkable way of quieting the mind. Without distractions or expectations, people begin to notice how they breathe, move, respond to challenge, and relate to uncertainty. The wilderness becomes both classroom and mirror, inviting presence, resilience, and self-trust.
For Sasha, these adventures have always been about far more than reaching a destination—they're an opportunity to remember what it feels like to come home to yourself.
Martial Arts & Self-Defense
Confidence isn't something we think our way into—it's something we practice.
With years of experience in Krav Maga, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, and other practical self-defense systems, Sasha has taught students how to move through difficult situations with awareness, composure, and confidence.
While the techniques themselves are valuable, the greater lesson is learning to trust your instincts, regulate your nervous system, and respond rather than react.
Self-defense becomes less about preparing for conflict and more about cultivating presence, personal responsibility, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing you are capable of meeting whatever life places before you.
Leadership & Human Potential
Transformation begins with the relationship we have with ourselves.
As a Senior Leader within Tony Robbins events and through years of facilitating retreats and transformational experiences, Sasha has helped people move beyond perceived limitations and reconnect with what is truly possible.
Her approach invites individuals to become creators of their lives rather than managers of their circumstances.
While we cannot control every event that unfolds around us, we always have the opportunity to choose our state, our perspective, and who we become through each experience. From that place, possibility expands, resilience deepens, and meaningful change becomes sustainable.

The moment you allow yourself to be held is the moment you realize you’ve been held all along.
What if resilience isn't about carrying more—but learning when to let yourself be held?
In her deeply personal chapter, The Magic of Grit & Grace, Sasha Blanchard shares an extraordinary journey that begins 18,000 feet above the earth and unfolds through one of the greatest challenges of her life. As an athlete, wilderness guide, and self-defense instructor whose identity was built around movement, she is suddenly faced with the possibility of losing everything she thought defined her.
Through breathtaking adventure, unexpected hardship, and profound healing, Sasha explores the delicate balance between determination and surrender. Her story is a reminder that while grit gives us the courage to take the next step, grace is often what carries us the rest of the way.
A heartfelt invitation to trust yourself, embrace the unknown, and discover that even in life's most uncertain moments, you were never meant to walk alone.
Looking Ahead
Sasha's newest work brings together everything she has learned through movement, adventure, leadership, and personal healing.
Inspired by her own health journey and a deep belief in the body's remarkable capacity to heal, she is exploring practices that support the whole human experience—body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Through movement, nervous system regulation, breathwork, myofascial release, and other embodied practices, her work helps people reconnect with themselves from the inside out.
It is an evolving body of work rooted in one simple belief:
Our bodies were designed not only to survive—but to heal, adapt, and thrive.
Healing begins the moment we stop trying to fix ourselves and start learning to listen.
If You Feel Called…
Whether through movement, adventure, conversation, or future retreats, Sasha's intention is simple—to create spaces where people reconnect with their own strength, wisdom, and innate wholeness.
